A few years ago when I was hired by the organization as the only employee, the challenge of maintaining our computers, servers, software and licenses was more than I knew I could dedicate time too. Since 2007, GXA has been our source for all of our IT needs. They are the official maintainer of the server, the software updater, the license installer, the IT rescue team when something goes wrong (no matter who you are or what company you work for- something always goes awry at some point!) and they are the renewal deadline and password keeper of everything including services like e-mail hosting.
I can only imagine how disorganized and inefficient our organization would be if we didn’t have GXA to take everything under one roof. We receive fast answers and support 24/7 and their customer support better than any I have received elsewhere during my career. We will never outgrow the services that GXA has to offer and whether our organization maintains 1 employee or we grow much larger, we will have a partnership with GXA that makes them our honorary “in house” IT department!!.”
