As you might imagine it was a time of extreme chaos. We were dealing with sensitive and angry customers anxious to get their systems back online. We immediately knew that the recovery effort would require more knowledge than we possessed. We called GXA out to consult with us on how best to recover our SAN System and data.
Within a few hours we had several of our critical business systems back online. Within 24 hours, 75% of our systems were back online. When all was said and done, GXA Network Solutions was able to bring all systems back online and recover 99+% of all of our data.
