Prior to the relocation, I was tasked with assimilating quotes from various server network maintenance providers. It was by the luck of the draw that brought GXA Network Solutions and Jones Lang LaSalle together. It is with much satisfaction that I can relate we have not had a single server issue or outage since our relationship with GXA Network Solutions began.
Further, GXA Network Solutions was instrumental in the setup of our new server; copying information from the old server over, sharing his expertise with various UPS's and what we could expect to pay for one to meet our needs. I find this invaluable as I deal with other service providers that always seemed delayed or unable to come to our office at the designated appointment time. Our building recently experienced a fire and we were prevented access to our offices for an undetermined period of time. While this is generally not a problem, my team couldn't work at peak efficiency without access to the shared network. One call to GXA Network Solutions and they went into action. GXA Network Solutions had set up all personnel with shared drive access THAT DAY! I'm so thankful GXA Network Solutions understood and appreciated the urgency of our situation.
